Donor Programme
The donor program is a part of the fertility treatment. The program helps many couples who are unable to become parents naturally. There are 3 donor programs, namely ovum donation, egg donation, and sperm donation, embryo donation.
Ovum Donation
Ovum donation allows couples to experience pregnancy, and to have a child who is genetically related to the father. Couple will have control over many aspects of the process, including when to try to become pregnant and the choice of the donor.
Sperm Donation
Sperm donation is a procedure in which a man donates to help a couple to conceive a baby. When the male partner has infertility or his sperm are of low-quality, they need some other man who is willing to donate sperm which would fertilize with eggs of the female partner.
Egg Donation
It allows women to become pregnant even when they lack eggs of their own, or poor quality egg. The medical procedures include stimulate your ovaries by injection, ultrasound monitoring , remove the stimulated eggs from your ovaries.
Embryo Donation
The embryo donation program utilizes embryos donated anonymously by infertility patients/couples to help other infertility patients conceive. The availability of embryos is usually limited.
Our Donor program offers an amazing gift to couples struggling to become parents. Being a donor has to go through health and psychological screening. Donors must be in good health, without any history of genetic diseases. Donors will not be accepted if they have an illness, disease or genetic condition that can be passed on to a child conceived from their donation.
Only with the help of Shivam Hospital’s expert knowledge, we were able to overcome our problem of infertility and now we are expecting our new child in 4 months to be a part of this wonderful world.
